Custom orders are non-refundable. All custom orders are inspected for top quality before they are shipped to the client. If your special order does not meet your expectations please notify Patrick Rae Studio by phone or email within 3 days of receipt. The client is responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid and insured to Patrick Rae Studio.

Regular orders can be returned within 7 days of receipt in the original packaging. Please notify Patrick Rae Studio by phone or email before the return. The client is responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid and insured to Patrick Rae Studio. Credit issued will not include original shipping and insurance charges.

We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been at all damaged.

While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with Patrick Rae Studio is a positive one.
